How to get to the grave
When you are in Moscow, take a Subway (Metro) and go to Ulitsa 1905 goda station. If you are coming from the center of the city, you should seat in the head of the train; if not, take a seat at the end of the train. Doing so, will make it easier for you to know which exit to take (Right, the closest one :o)).
When outside, use the map below.
Once you get to the Cemetery, it is pretty easy to find Sergei's grave. It is straight ahead about 100 meters or less, on the right side. Right by the road.
